Services Australia Access Point

The Services Australia Access Point at 17 Herbert Street, Bedourie, QLD 4829, offers free self-help facilities for government-related services. Customers can access information products and forms, use a telephone to contact the department, and utilize Medicare claiming facilities. The center also provides fax and photocopying services, and staff can assist with sighting and photocopying identity documents for departmental purposes. Please note, staff at Access Points cannot make payments, assess or vary payments, or issue Electronic Benefit Transfer and other cards.
