With a seating capacity of 27,500, it can be expanded to approximately 40,000 for major events. Home to the Gold Coast SUNS AFL and AFLW teams, the stadium also hosts cricket matches, concerts, festivals, athletics events, and soccer matches. Designed as an iconic landmark, it features environmentally sustainable elements, including water tanks with a total capacity of 650,000 liters and 450 meters of solar panels generating about 275,000 kilowatt hours annually.
