The Old Errowanbang Woolshed, constructed in 1886, is a heritage-listed shearing shed located at 64 Errowanbang Rd, Errowanbang, NSW 2791. Designed by architect Watts, it is one of the largest woolsheds in the Central West region, featuring a unique four-level design that efficiently manages the shearing and wool processing stages. The shed comprises 40 shearing stands, with 26 remaining unaltered from the hand-shearing era, providing a clear picture of traditional wool harvesting methods. Built into the hillside, the structure is supported by massive stone piers, ensuring its stability over time. The woolshed is notable for its high-quality craftsmanship, including stop-chamfered posts, mitred timber flooring, and high-quality hardware throughout the interior. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 23 June 2006, recognizing its significance in demonstrating the course of cultural and natural history in New South Wales.
