Visitors can explore the gorge by walking, canoeing, mountain biking, swimming, camping, boating, and fishing. The Nitmiluk Visitor Centre, situated at the entrance to the gorge, offers a café, souvenir shop, and cultural displays. Boat tours, helicopter flights, and canoe trips can be booked at the centre. The park requires visitors to have a parks pass.
