Moore River National Park

Moore River National Park, located approximately 95 km north of Perth, offers a pristine natural environment characterized by banksia heathland and the meandering Moore River. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including kangaroos, emus, echidnas, reptiles, and various bird species. Visitors can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing, and kayaking. While the park lacks formal camping facilities, nearby Guilderton provides accommodations like the Guilderton Holiday Park, which offers camping bays, self-contained chalets, and glamping tents. The area is also rich in Indigenous heritage, being part of the traditional land of the Yued Noongar people.
