Lake Yalleena Nature Retreat offers three self-contained cabins overlooking a 35-hectare private lake in Tasmania's East Coast Midlands. Each cabin features a wood-burning fire and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a comfortable and tranquil setting amidst native flora and fauna. The retreat serves as a wildlife sanctuary, rehabilitating and releasing displaced, injured, and orphaned native animals, aiming to establish a conservation area for Tasmania's unique wildlife. Fishing is prohibited in the lake to protect endangered species.
