Overlooking Double Bay Beach Park and Lake Parrearra, Kawana Island Meeting Place offers two self-service meeting rooms, each accommodating up to 30 people. The rooms can be combined into a larger space for events up to 60 attendees. Amenities include air conditioning, shared kitchenette, trestle tables, chairs, 65” wall-mounted TV (in Meeting Room B), crockery, cutlery, glassware, Wi-Fi, domestic fridge/freezer, whiteboard, oven, stovetop, microwave, and accessible toilets. The venue is bookable daily from 6 am to 10 pm, with fees varying based on user type and booking frequency. Security charges apply for high-risk events.
