
Located in Dromana, Victoria, JimmyRum Distillery & Restaurant is Australia's first dedicated craft rum distillery. Founded by James McPherson, known as Jimmy, the distillery produces a diverse range of handcrafted rums using traditional methods. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings at the Tasting Bench Experience, seated before "Matilda," the 1,500-liter copper still, and explore the history of rum. The on-site kitchen offers dishes like Grilled Saganaki with caviar, Drunken Chicken Ribs, and Duck Fat Potatoes. The venue features a family-friendly, dog-friendly outdoor rum garden and hosts live music sessions every Sunday from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Open seven days a week, the distillery provides a unique experience combining education, quality craftsmanship, and a lively dining atmosphere.
