Gunbalanya Meats, located at Lot 645 Gunbalanya Road, Gunbalanya NT 0822, is a meat processing facility that supplies fresh, affordable meat to six grocery stores in Indigenous communities across the Northern Territory, as well as to various meat wholesalers and retailers in Darwin and the Ayers Rock Resort. The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. It is managed by the Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC), which also operates floodplain cattle fattening operations and an abattoir at Gunbalanya Station in West Arnhem Land.
