Gregory's Tree Historical Reserve, located 15 km northwest of Timber Creek along the Victoria Highway, is a 2-hectare protected area within Judbarra / Gregory National Park. This sacred site to the Ngarinman people features a remarkable boab tree (Adansonia gregorii), inscribed with the arrival and departure dates of Augustus Charles Gregory's 1855–1856 North Australia Expedition. The tree serves as a living monument to the exploration of northern Australia. Visitors can access the site via a 3 km unsealed road, followed by a 500-meter wheelchair-friendly walk to the tree.
