Ghinni Wines, established in 2001, is a boutique winery located along the Manning River in Ghinni Ghinni, NSW. The winery specializes in fruit and vegetable liqueurs, utilizing fresh produce from their own orchard and local organic growers. Their offerings include flavors such as blueberry, orange, plum, lemon, and honey mead. The vineyard also cultivates king mulberries, enhancing the sweetness of their liqueurs. Visitors can enjoy a Mataro red wine made from hand-picked Barossa fruit aged over 50 years. The winery is accessible via the Pacific Highway, just north of Taree, and welcomes bus groups by appointment.
