Established in 1957 as a memorial to those who fell in the First and Second World Wars, the Flanders Function Centre is a single-storey building located on the southern side of the Inverell Returned Servicemen's Memorial Club complex. Over time, it has undergone modifications and now features aluminum windows and a covered entranceway facing Evans Street. The Flanders House Second World War Honour Rolls, once displayed on-site, are now located in the Inverell Pioneer Village.
