Located within the Addison Road Community Centre in Marrickville, the Ethnic Community Services Cooperative (ECSC) has been dedicated to fostering a society where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of cultural background, since 1979. ECSC offers a range of services tailored to meet the needs of families, children, people with disabilities, and seniors from multicultural backgrounds. Their programs include support for people with disabilities, aged care services, and children's services, all designed to empower and enhance the lives of people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds across New South Wales. ECSC is recognized for its bilingual/bicultural model of support, with staff speaking over 100 languages, and has been acknowledged by UNESCO for its innovative approach to inclusion.
