The Devonport Recreation Centre, located at 34 Forbes Street, is the city's largest indoor sports facility. It hosts numerous local clubs and associations, offering activities such as basketball, netball, squash, table tennis, badminton, futsal, judo, and health and wellbeing classes. Amenities include ample onsite parking, changerooms, and an onsite sauna. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is closed on weekends and public holidays. Advance bookings are required for visits outside office hours.
