The Delegate Progress Association, located at 66 Bombala Street, serves as a central hub for the Delegate community. It operates the Delegate Rural Transaction and Community Technology Centers, offering services such as Centrelink, Medicare, faxing, photocopying, photo printing, laminating, free internet access for seniors, and a meeting room. The association also publishes the monthly "Delegate Doings" newsletter, manages the Gallery Flat and Nurses Cottage accommodations, processes rates for the Snowy Monaro Regional Council, and runs the Borderline and Bundian Galleries. Additionally, it operates the Visitor Information Center and a local library, and sells and accepts Why Leave Town Gift Cards.
