
Dawson Mine, situated in the Dawson Valley of Central Queensland, Australia, is a prominent open-cut coal mining operation. Coal extracted from Dawson Mine is transported via rail to the Port of Gladstone for export to international markets, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and India. The mine has a workforce of around 1,300 employees and contractors, reflecting its substantial role in the local community.
