
The Clayton Bay Community Association, located at 6 Alexandrina Drive, serves as a vibrant hub for residents and visitors in the tranquil town of Clayton Bay, South Australia. This welcoming association offers a variety of facilities and services, including a community hall available for hire, a community garden, a tennis court, and a bottle recycling program. The association also publishes a quarterly newsletter to keep the community informed. Membership is open to all residents and ratepayers, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement. The community garden, situated behind the Clayton Bay Nursery and Environment Group's premises, features raised and wicking beds for vegetables and herbs, a small orchard, and bee-friendly flowering shrubs. Volunteers meet on Tuesdays from 9 am to 12 noon to work in the garden and share morning tea with the Clayton Bay Nursery and Environment Group volunteers. In-season produce is available for the whole community via a produce cart at the Australia Post Agency, located opposite the garden.
