Civic Park, located at 995 North East Road in Modbury, is a beautifully landscaped park that attracts visitors from all over the City of Tea Tree Gully and beyond. The park features three shaded playground zones, each equipped with a range of fun and unique equipment designed to entertain and challenge children's development. Ample seating areas are available for parents to relax while children play, making it an ideal spot for birthday parties and picnics. A canopy of tree cover shelters the park benches, tables, and seating areas, allowing visitors to enjoy meals using one of the multiple BBQ grills. The park also offers several toilet facilities and a central pergola for additional shade and shelter. At the top end of the park, visitors can enjoy a grand view of the Adelaide Hills beyond the Modbury skyline, making it a fantastic spot to relax and watch the sunset over the city. Civic Park is also the location for many of the Council's major events. For small groups of up to 50 people, no bookings are required, but larger professional events can be arranged through the Civic Park Hire program.
