Operating under a community-controlled model, ALPA collaborates closely with residents to co-design program priorities, ensuring they meet the unique needs of Galiwin’ku. Participants engage in diverse activities, including hairdressing, woodworking, digital media projects, gardening, and music workshops, fostering self-determined choices for their future. Additionally, ALPA has initiated community-led enterprises like Galiwin'ku Gardening and Galiwin'ku Miyalk Kitchen, providing real jobs and contributing to the local economy.
