The 1st Bungendore Scout Group, established in 1933, operates from the Bungendore Scout Hall at 66 Turallo Terrace, Bungendore. This vibrant group of approximately 80 youth members engages in a dynamic program tailored to various age groups, including Joey Scouts (5-8 years), Cub Scouts (8-11 years), Scouts (11-14 years), Venturer Scouts (14-18 years), and Rover Scouts (18-25 years). Activities encompass camps, canoeing, raft building, bushwalking, bushcraft, cycling, water safety, and community and environmental initiatives. The hall is also available for community events and gatherings, featuring a spacious main hall with a sprung wooden floor, large windows, and a commercial kitchen. Additional facilities include meeting rooms, a second kitchen, and accessible amenities. Regular maintenance and community events, such as working bees and fundraisers, are held to support the hall and its programs.
