Nestled at Neilson Park Beach in Bargara, the Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club Inc. has been safeguarding beachgoers since 1921. With a membership of 490, including 206 juniors aged 5-15, the club's dedicated volunteers and the Australian Lifeguard Service oversee approximately 30,000 visitors each season from September to May. The club offers a range of programs, including the popular Bundy BeachBods fitness sessions, fostering community engagement and promoting beach safety. Its prime location at 2 Fred Courtice Avenue provides easy access to the pristine sands of Neilson Park Beach.
