Nestled at Neilson Park Beach in Bargara, the Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club Inc. has been safeguarding beachgoers since 1921. With a membership of 490, including 206 juniors aged 5-15, the club's dedicated volunteers and the Australian Lifeguard Service oversee approximately 30,000 visitors each season from September to May.
