Bulloo Downs Station (Western Australia)

Bulloo Downs Station, located approximately 73 km south of Newman and 307 km north of Meekatharra in Western Australia's Mid West region, is a pastoral lease operating as a cattle station. The homestead lies about 15 km west of the Great Northern Highway. The station encompasses part of the Ashburton River and features undulating slate and basalt terrain supporting native grasses, saltbush, bluebush, and mulga stands. In 1980, it covered 3,472 km² and carried 3,100 cattle, with a recommended capacity of 2,590 cattle.
