Starting at Elizabeth Beach, the trail ascends to a lookout over Charlotte Headland and Shelly Beach, ideal for sunrise views. It winds through palm groves, sheltered rainforests, and open woodlands, leading to Seven Mile Beach. The path continues past The Ruins campground and Sunset picnic area, providing opportunities for swimming, picnicking, and birdwatching. The track is graded 3, with some steep sections and steps, and is suitable for those with some bushwalking experience. Park entry fees apply.
