
Boambee East Community Centre, established in 1995, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering a socially inclusive community. Located at 30 Bruce King Drive, Boambee East NSW 2452, it offers a safe and welcoming space for residents to connect and thrive. The centre provides a variety of programs and services, including playgroups, free tax assistance, baby health services, trauma support, counselling, and support for vulnerable families through children's programs during school holidays and after school. It also offers support for seniors and facilitates programs for the Aboriginal community, such as local language and after-school homework groups. Additionally, the centre runs the Red Dust Healing Mentoring program for young, vulnerable, and disengaged youth. Community events like the Winter Solstice Family Fun Day and Carols on the Green, in partnership with the Salvation Army, are also organized. The centre operates Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm, with ample parking available.
