
Nestled in Wesburn, Victoria, Yarra Valley Artisan Baker crafts naturally leavened sourdough, rustic baguettes, and a variety of pastries, all baked fresh each morning. Established in 2019 by Chef Ben Griffiths, who brings over 20 years of culinary experience, the bakery combines traditional three-day fermentation with premium Australian ingredients to create authentic sourdough loaves. Hand-shaped Parisian-style baguettes, canelé, and croissants made with the finest French butter are also offered, alongside an evolving selection of seasonal sweets. Open Thursday to Sunday from 7 am until sold out, with baguettes ready from 10:30 am.
