Established in 1968, the Woodside Beach Surf Life Saving Club is dedicated to ensuring the safety of beachgoers along the Ninety Mile Beach. Operating from the first weekend of December through to Easter, the club provides voluntary surf rescue patrols, conducts training for volunteers, and offers surf awareness education to school-aged children. The club also hosts junior lifesaving carnivals, fostering community engagement and promoting water safety.
