The Provedore offers a fresh dining experience with a new menu featuring café favourites, stone-baked pizzas, pasta, salads, and more, all curated by Executive Chef Nigel Brown. Open seven days a week, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. For groups of 10 or more, please email restaurant@mitchelton.com.au to make a reservation.
