They source specialty coffee beans directly from Timor-Leste, ensuring fair compensation for farmers. For every kilogram of coffee roasted, they plant a tree, contributing to reforestation efforts. Their café offers a range of preserves made from produce that would otherwise go to waste, aiming to combat food insecurity and reduce waste. Open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, they also provide a subscription service for their coffee and preserves.
