Established in 1863, Star Hotel Yackandandah is a historic pub located at 30 High Street, Yackandandah, Victoria. It gained fame from the 2004 film "Strange Bedfellows" and hosts major local events like the Spring Migration Festival and the Yackandandah Folk Festival. In April 2016, Matt and Kim Frauenfelder revitalized the venue, featuring a renovated restaurant and beer garden. Chef Matt offers a fusion of Southern USA and Australian barbecue, with all meats smoked on-site. The pub serves local beers, wines, ciders, and spirits, and is open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
