The menu features innovative dishes like dill-cured ocean trout with chilli labneh, garlic pangrattato, and heirloom vegetable salad, as well as blueberry porridge topped with hazelnuts and cacao. Designed by founder Brenton Lang and head chef Tori Bicknell, the space boasts a light-filled interior with marble and brass accents, complemented by outdoor atrium seating. Open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2:30 pm, Rustica Rialto provides a welcoming atmosphere for both dine-in and grab-and-go options.
