Port Fairy Coffee Roasters, established in 2021, is the first coffee roastery in Port Fairy, a coastal town renowned for its boutique shopping and dining experiences. Located at 59a Bank Street, the roastery offers a variety of specialty coffee blends, including the smooth and fruity Lighthouse medium roast and the rich, bold Deadman’s dark roast. Customers can enjoy freshly roasted coffee on-site or purchase beans to take home. The roastery also provides a mobile coffee van service, Great Coffee Moments, catering to events across Victoria. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.
