Nestled in a serene bush valley on Red Hill, Main Ridge Estate is the Mornington Peninsula's first licensed winery, established in 1975. The estate specializes in premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, crafted exclusively from estate-grown fruit. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings and purchases at the historic cellar door, open weekends and public holidays from 11 am to 5 pm. The Larder offers a set four-course lunch menu from noon to 3 pm, featuring simple, seasonal sharing dishes that complement the wines. Sundowner drinks, tapas, and cheese boards are available from 3 pm to 5 pm. The sundeck provides peaceful views of the vineyard and bushland, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere. Bookings are recommended, with a maximum group size of six.
