Fieldwork Coffee, located at 336 St Georges Road in Fitzroy North, is a modern Australian micro-roastery and café that emphasizes a less-is-more philosophy. The menu features classic espresso and filter coffee drinks, including Japanese-style iced coffee brewed directly onto ice, and a cardamom and rose water coffee spritz. A selection of pastries from All Are Welcome complements the offerings. The space, designed by architect Ying-Lan Dan, integrates the roastery and café seamlessly, with a floating bar as the central focal point and a Probat drum roaster visible at the back.
