Nestled in the backlots of Dinner Plain Alpine Village, Big Muster Distilling Co. stands as Australia's highest moonshine distillery. It offers bespoke moonshines, including Swindlers Gold, a baked apple moonshine crafted with Alpine-sourced ingredients, notably apples from Wandiligong's Nightingales orchard. Visitors can sample these moonshines and the region's finest whiskeys and gins at the distillery door. The restaurant operates on specific days during the green season and most days in the white season. Additional facilities include a dartboard, pool table, large-screen televisions, and a karaoke machine. Dogs are welcome outside food-serving hours (conditions apply). Harro's Prohibition Bar, launching in 2025, will offer moonshine, gin, or whiskey pairings with local produce, accommodating up to three adults per booking.
