I attended Dan's Human Skills workshop for the first time this year and was super inspired by his engagement with the audience. His information provided regarding emotional intelligence, ways to manage and deal with conflict, as well different ways to deliver feedback was very relevant to my career and personal relationships. I recently attended the human skills study day and found it to be incredibly valuable and enjoyable. As a ED nurse, I often deal with high pressure situations thst requires clear communication and effective conflict management. This provided me with practical tool and insight that I can immediately apply in my daily work. The content was not only relevant but also delivered in an engaging and interactive way, its well designed and made learning these essential skills both fun and memorable. Great experience!!! I attended a whole day workshop with Dan and can highly recommend him if you are looking to work on your human skills, challenging conversations, and emotional intelligence. Dan is authentic and genuinely believes in the cause. He is a great facilitator who has a real talent in engaging the audience into fun activities, reflection and discussion. Dan's workshop is definitely one of the most impactful trainings I've attended. It was engaging, and practical.
