Rosefina's, located at Unit 8/10 Wilfred Street in Billinudgel, NSW, offers an authentic Mexican dining experience in a vibrant, retro-inspired setting. The venue features a spacious alfresco area and indoor seating adorned with plush green chairs and spice-colored walls, creating a lively atmosphere. The menu showcases traditional Mexican dishes, including pollo con mole—poached chicken in a rich sauce combining Mexican chilies, spices, seeds, nuts, and ceremonial cacao—and beef birria, slow-cooked beef in Mexican chilies and a selection of herbs and spices. Rosefina's is open from Thursday to Saturday, starting at 12 pm for lunch and dinner, and on Sundays from 12 pm onwards for a relaxed afternoon leading into an early dinner.
