Kangaroo Island Spirits, established in 2007, is South Australia's first boutique distillery, crafting small-batch gin, vodka, and liqueurs using native Australian botanicals and locally sourced ingredients. Their cellar door in Cygnet River offers a sensory experience with the aromas of roasting botanicals. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, cocktail masterclasses, and gin-blending sessions. Products are available online and at independent bottle shops across Australia. The distillery is open Wednesday to Monday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
