Ghinni Wines, established in 2001, is a family-owned winery nestled along the Manning River in Ghinni Ghinni, NSW. The winery specializes in crafting fruit and vegetable liqueurs, including flavors like blueberry, orange, plum, lemon, and honey mead, using fresh produce from their orchard and local organic growers. They also offer a Mataro red wine made from hand-picked Barossa fruit. Visitors can enjoy the scenic vineyard setting, easily accessible via the Pacific Highway just north of Taree.
