Bridestowe Lavender Estate, located in Nabowla, Tasmania, is the Southern Hemisphere's largest lavender farm, spanning 265 acres. Established in 1922, it offers visitors a picturesque landscape of manicured lavender fields, ornamental gardens, and native bushland, all set against the backdrop of Mount Arthur. The estate's visitor centre features unique products infused with Bridestowe's renowned lavender oil and dried flowers, including the famous Bobbie the Bear. The Woodcroft Café serves lavender-inspired delicacies, such as signature lavender ice creams and light seasonal meals. Entry is free from February to November; during the "Festival of Flowers" from December 1st to January 31st, an entry fee of $20 per adult applies.
