Wuruma Dam Campground offers 40 designated, flat terrain camping spaces near the dam wall and spillway, each clearly marked for easy identification. Camping is free, with a maximum stay of three weeks within any four-week period. Amenities include a toilet block, picnic tables, and a scenic lookout. While the campground is temporarily closed for upgrades from early August to early December 2025, the boat ramp and water-based activities remain accessible via Wuruma Dam Road. Please note, there are no showers or treated water available; visitors should bring their own drinking water.
