Worst cleaning company to exist, avoid like the plague! Booked for an end of lease clean, gave one quote then last minute tried to add extra fees, a team of 3 arrived over 1 hour late and tried demanding extra money to be transferred directly to them which I refused as I’d already paid. They then done absolutely nothing, when I returned later that day to check the clean, it looked exactly how I left it. After multiple calls and messages they finally said they would return 2 days after initial booking to do the clean, I waited for over an hour and they never arrived. I called and messaged every possible way and they ignored everything, only finally got back to me when a friend pretending to be another customer reached out to them (of course they replied instantly), and this friend called them out for ignoring me. They then said no one was coming to do the clean. I have since tried reaching out countless times for a refund and of course, I’ve been ignored. I have reported to Scamwatch and my bank to dispute the payment, if they are unable to retrieve the money I’ll then be taking it further to NCAT/VCAT. I’d advise anyone reading this to avoid them and if you have already been unfortunate enough to deal with them, report!!

Booked an end of lease cleaning and they did an awful job. Ask for an upfront payment and the quote includes carpet steam clean and all I got was vacuuming. Message the booking team and got no help at all. I’ve sent photos of prof and they responded with wanting me to send an exist report which I don’t have because the agent will do the inspection the next day. I will have to clean it myself prior if I want my bonds back and I’m too embarrassed to show the real estate agent the cleaning.

Warning - Scam Company I have a pending VCAT hearing for breach of contract after engaging with this company. They will demand your money upfront, pay someone off of Facebook to come and 'clean' the property and then ignore your messages when the job is incomplete. DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID THEM!!!!! No cleaning was done in the property. There were marks all over surfaces, dirty walls, and floors left unwashed. The toilet and shower were not cleaned as tiles were still dirty, and hair was left behind (from them). The kitchen was untouched, benches were still dirty, and they even broke a cabinet door along with a few other items. I’ve been trying to contact them since, but they won’t respond. They did absolutely NOTHING in the house. AVOID THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Here's my experience. I had an end-of-lease clean completed on the 10th of October. Unfortunately, the experience and service fell well below expectations. When I returned to inspect the property, several areas were left incomplete or poorly cleaned: Walls were still visibly dirty. (They claimed it wasn't included in the service) Light switches were left dirtier, appearing to have been wiped with a dirty cloth. The bathroom floor under the sink was missed, no grout cleaning was done despite being included, and there were still strands of hair on the floor and walls. The steam cleaning appeared to have not been done at all (it was wet so something was done) Living room windows were not wiped, and the balcony window and rails had to be cleaned by myself. The balcony floor was not mopped. My partner and I returned the next day and spent hours cleaning again — wiping the walls, redoing the shower, and vacuuming the floors ourselves. When we returned the keys, the property agent conducted their inspection and requested a re-clean for the following: Windows (inside and out) Kitchen splashback Steam cleaning of carpets Outdoor pavers Sliding door tracks We had already arranged for your team to return, but this was only possible after contacting Vidhi directly on her personal number, as the admin team was unresponsive and uncoordinated. After the re-clean, the agent still requested another steam clean. At this point, we were extremely frustrated and contacted your office multiple times requesting a partial refund so we could engage a separate steam cleaner. We were told management would get back to us, but no one has followed up since. Given the poor quality of the service, repeated agent rejections, and lack of response from your team, I’m still in the process of requesting a partial refund to resolve this.
