The purpose-built, fully refurbished premises feature spacious individual suites with mezzanine levels and ramps, ensuring comfort for pets of all sizes. Each suite is serviced twice daily and as required, with automatic water troughs providing constant fresh water. The facility includes large 10-meter-long individual dog runs and large cat enclosures, as well as an outdoor fully enclosed cat area known as the "Catrium." Pets enjoy daily play and exercise in safe, caring environments, with fully trained staff providing attentive care. The resort is open seven days a week, including public holidays, and offers a live-in staff member and on-call vet service to ensure around-the-clock care. Pets are supplied with a healthy and balanced diet, including premium quality dry food and rolls, and special dietary needs are accommodated. For stays of eight days or longer, dogs receive a complimentary bath, brush, and blow-dry. Inspections are welcome, and the facility caters to pet owners across Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, and the Tweed Coast.
