The facility features two meeting rooms, each approximately 20sqm, equipped with tables, 16 chairs, and kitchenette amenities. Two larger rooms of 100sqm each can be combined into a 200sqm space, ideal for events, with kitchenettes and access to a spacious deck overlooking native flora. The alfresco area includes Kakowan Koffee, a coffee shop serving beverages and light snacks daily from 7am to 12pm. Regular groups, such as "The Yoga Pond," utilize the space for classes, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. Managed by the Golden Valley Keperra Lions Club, the facility is dedicated to supporting local charities and not-for-profit groups, offering affordable rates and a welcoming environment for various activities.
