As Australia's first commercial trout farm, it offers a unique fishing experience where visitors can catch their own fish from various ponds, including the Trophy Trout Lake and the Salmon Stream. The farm also specializes in traditional Mountain Ash wood fire smoked trout and hand-milked caviar, with products available for purchase. Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, it's a 90-minute drive from Melbourne's CBD.
