Since its opening in 2019, it has been delighting guests with a modern Australian à la carte menu crafted by award-winning chef Lesley Taylor and her team. The menu features pub classics alongside global flavors, utilizing fresh local produce. Signature dishes include Tandoori Half Chicken, Seafood Spaghetti, Seafood Pizza, Roast Pumpkin Salad, and Tuna Nicoise. The bistro also houses a coffee shop serving freshly made sandwiches, light snacks, and house-made cakes and tarts. Open daily for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 8pm, Taylors Bistro provides a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
