The menu features food truck-inspired dishes, including house-made charcuterie and low 'n slow barbecue, complemented by a selection of craft beers, ciders, wines, coffee, and soft drinks. The on-site deli showcases a range of house-made smoked produce, such as smoked chicken, duck, salmon, trout, sausages, ham, bacon, cheeses, and more. Additionally, the Majors Lane Cooking School offers outdoor cooking classes on the vineyard, covering Thai Street Food, Greek cuisine, and Low and Slow Smoking techniques.
