Lady Doris is a modern five-bedroom holiday home in Port Vincent, South Australia, accommodating up to 12 guests. The upstairs area features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). The lounge area includes a large smart TV and comfortable seating, leading to a balcony with outdoor seating and a hooded BBQ, offering sea glimpses. The main bedroom has a fan/light, TV, built-in robe, and an ensuite with dual sink vanity, shower, and WC. An additional vanity and WC are also available upstairs. Downstairs, there's a lounge area with a large smart TV and comfortable seating. Four bedrooms, each with fan/lights, are located downstairs; one bedroom with a queen bed includes a TV. A bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, and WC is also on this level. Additional amenities include a laundry with a front-loading washing machine, sink, iron, and ironing board, as well as a clothesline in the rear fully enclosed yard. The property offers free Wi-Fi, fish cleaning facilities, and ample parking space for vehicles and boats. Port Vincent is renowned for fishing, boating, sailing, swimming, and snorkeling, and offers a variety of shops, cafes, takeaways, and excellent hotel dining facilities. Guests are provided with pillows and quilts but need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The bed configuration includes two queen beds, two tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top), and one queen bed with a TV. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed; any pets sighted on the property will result in the loss of the bond. Off-peak specials are available, offering a 15% discount on off-peak nightly tariffs for bookings of four nights or more. Nightly tariffs vary by season, with peak season (December 24 to end of January school holidays and Easter) at $235 per night, high season (all other school holidays plus long weekends) at $210 per night, and off-peak season (school terms) at $185 per night. A bond may increase during peak seasons.
