Ghinni Wines, established in 2001, is a boutique winery located along the Manning River in Ghinni Ghinni, NSW. The winery specializes in crafting fruit and vegetable liqueurs using fresh produce from their own orchard and local organic growers. Their offerings include flavors such as blueberry, orange, plum, lemon, and honey mead.
