This expansive center, covering 2,455 square meters, offers both airside and landside access, positioning Gate Gourmet to effectively serve the anticipated growth in air traffic. The facility is equipped with a cold kitchen, dishwashing and cartwashing areas, food portioning, bonded stores, assembly, and equipment packing. A hot kitchen was completed in 2017, further enhancing their capabilities. Gate Gourmet supplies meals for approximately 80 flights daily, catering to domestic clients such as Virgin Australia and Tigerair Australia.
