Gate Gourmet operates a state-of-the-art aviation catering facility at Brisbane Airport, strategically located at 3/1-3 Westringia Rd. This expansive center, covering 2,455 square meters, offers both airside and landside access, positioning Gate Gourmet to effectively serve the anticipated growth in air traffic. The facility is equipped with a cold kitchen, dishwashing and cartwashing areas, food portioning, bonded stores, assembly, and equipment packing. A hot kitchen was completed in 2017, further enhancing their capabilities. Gate Gourmet supplies meals for approximately 80 flights daily, catering to domestic clients such as Virgin Australia and Tigerair Australia.
