
Field To Fork Vaucluse, established in October 2016, offers a diverse selection of ethically raised meats, including grass-fed beef and free-range poultry. Their in-house specialties feature traditional South African biltong, peri-peri biltong, boerwors, and droewors. The state-of-the-art dry-aging room enhances the flavor and tenderness of their pasture-raised beef. A full deli display showcases cured meats, olives, cheeses, and condiments like McClures pickles and Mrs Balls’ Chutneys. The store also offers kitchenware and gift items, including wooden boards and chef knives. Managed by Matthew Derrick, a classically trained English butcher, the Vaucluse location operates Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm, and weekends from 7 am to 6 pm.
